This includes performing reconciliations, recording and categorizing transactions, asking for receipts or invoices to support your expenses (to give you audit-proof books!), and maintaining data feeds from your bank or other integrated apps.

There is no limit on the number of transactions, and we know that you may need multiple bank accounts. In order to fully support all of our clients' needs, we will revisit our pricing periodically to make sure that the value we provide is in line with your needs as you grow.

No need to worry about reaching out if you have any questions. Unlimited communication is included (within business hours), but if additional research or analysis is required to provide reliable advice, additional fees may be billed. We will let you know if this applies prior to performing any additional work. *Additional fees do not apply to the Deluxe Bundle.*

This includes monthly or quarterly reports (depending on your bundle) for management use only. Reports will help you understand different metrics like revenue, expenses, net profit, cash flow, and aging for A/P and A/R.

After the close of each year, we will compile your financial performance into a slide presentation with charts and visuals to help you see your performance over time.

If you pay other service providers (contractors) for work, you may be required to issue 1099s. We'll help you determine who needs one and create those filings for you.

We'll also check on your annual corporate report (LLC) in your state each year to make sure you're in good standing.

For the Deluxe Bundle, we will meet annually to assist with creating a budget and include a budget-to-actual comparison in the monthly management reports. This way you can stay up-to-date on if you're meeting (or not meeting) your budget and can make any adjustments needed in a timely manner.
